MAGE maintains an active group of allies who are aware of and/or participate in MAGE-related outreach initiatives, and other events. Please contact us if you would like to be part of the allies list.
All MAGE executive members act also as ambassadors and confidential resources to transmit current issues (wage disparity, promotions, implicit bias, etc) to the higher administration, and support efforts to improve the overall climate for women on campus. Please contact any of the MAGE executive members to discuss any pressing issue you may be facing and that you would like us to take up.
One of MAGE's main objectives is to offer educational seminars to interested parties in order to further create awareness in the community to issues facing faculty and staff women on campus, such as implicit bias, wage disparity, and others.
